Client InformationThe Paleo45 program is based on the idea that human beings will be healthier, happier and strongest only when they eat foods that are naturally adapted for the system to digest. It’s clear that this type of diet plan has existed in the last 10,000 years, which is quite a long time if you look at it from an individual standpoint. However, on the timeline of evolution, this is quite a short period of time. In fact, it’s simply not long enough for a complex human system to adapt from a genuine meat diet to that of grains and legumes. And you see, as history would have it, trading in meat for grains or legumes wasn’t so ideal for our bodies.
